Description

A simple 11MB memory expansion for the Amiga 1200. This is an excellent choice for people who want a convenient and inexpensive way to play classic games via WHDLoad. This device expands the Amiga 1200's FAST RAM to 11MB (8MB Fast + 1.5 SLOW + 1.5 other memory). The visibility of the full memory as 11MB is only after specifying the MOREMEM command.
In addition, it speeds up the Amiga slightly. The device is mounted in the typical way for turbo cards in the Amiga 1200. The expansion is placed in the angled connector on the bottom of the A1200.

The Ex1T allows operation in “PCMCIA friendly” mode by attaching a jumper.
In this mode, 4MB of FAST memory is available (+3MB after the MOREMEM command) and PCMCIA devices can be used. The device supports the MapROM function (images up to 1MB), but you should expect irregularities in Amiga operation when mapping ROM chips other than the original C =.
